Vice-Rector of the State University of Kulob, named after Abubulloh Rudaki, for Educational Affairs, Kholiqov Safar Sayfiddinovich, born October 1, 1957 in Kulob district. In 1975, graduated with excellent the school №12 in Kulob district and was enrolled to the Faculty of Chemistry of National University of Tajikistan in 1980 and successfully completed it in 1980. In 1993 he was invited as a specialist ofchemistry to the Department of Chemistry of the Kulob State University.
In 1994 he joined the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. In 2001 he defended his dissertation on the theme of "The Effect of Conservative Metals with Aluminum Chlorine and Aluminum Hydration Using a Single Method".
In 2000, he worked as the head of the Department of Chemistry at Kulob State University. Since 2006 he has been Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology of the Kulob State University.
Since 1995, was as head of the Sector of Physics-Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan in Khatlon Region. In 2011, he was appointed by the Order No. 20 as Head of the Department of Food Technology and Standardization.
Taking into account his professional work and his high level of responsibility, he was appointed as First Deputy Director of the Kulob Technological University for Education on October 10, 2011. In this position, we worked hard to create an atmosphere of creativity, communication with the higher education institutions of Russia, the training of qualified modern specialists, the introduction of imports to the education sector, and the introduction of modern science and technology.
On January 23, 2013, Kholiqov Safar Sayfiddinovich working as Vice-rector for Educational affairs at Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki. Currently, he is working in the mentioned position.
