Khudoidodova Sharofat Zardovna, candidate of philology sciences, was born in the family of intellengtsia. In 1974-1984 has got secondary education. Graduated Faculty of Russian Languageand Literature of Kulob Pedagogical Institute in 1989. Graduation from faculty of the Tajik Philology at the KSU was in 1995, 1989-1994 worked as a teacher and as senior lecturer of Faculty of Russian Language Department, 1995-2004 - Head of Department of Russian Language, 2004-2008 - Head of the Department of Methodology of Russian Philology, 2009-2010 - Dean of the Faculty Foreign Philology, from December 2013 to April 2014 - head of department of journalism.
From April 7, 2014, worked as the ViceRector for Education of the Kulob State Universitynamed Abuabdulloh Rudaki. From October 2, 2015 isthe Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation of the University.

Khudoidodova's candidacy work is one of the first research projects in Tajikistan, which is based on the background of the implementation of the various aspects of the promotion of advertisement as the current genre of journalism in Tajikistan, which has been active in the media for Tajikistan, especially as the current editor Representation of State Institution "Television Safina" in Kulob city.
